IMPORTANT INFO: Full service sites offer Electric, Water, and Sewer, as well as trash pick up.
NIGHTLY - 38.00 WEEKLY - 228.00; MONTHLY - 675.00 (includes elec, sewer, & water).
Please note the following fees for nightly and weekly rates are subject to Tennessee tax plus Res fee & and fee for Credit Card usage; no fee for cash or check.
SEMI-ANNUAL and ANNUAL: Semi-annual plans (November 1 -April 30 AND May 1-October 31). $675 plus credit card user fee.
ANNUAL-365 nights. Plan begins on first night of arrival and runs for 365.

All guests/residents on semi-annual or annual rate plans must sign a rental contract. This is a legal document that protects both the guest/resident AND the campground/RV park.
